Authentic Inner Vision

Hawthorne Valley director Martin Ping discusses the need for authentic inner vision being brought to outer work in this Self Transformation Keynote. As one of the pioneers to the sustainable farming movement Ping believes in leadership from the ground up. Furthermore, Ping does not see himself as an executive director but in fact the "executive servant" of Hawthorne Valley seeing the importance of ensemble work. Believing in a collaborative management style, Ping believes that at any given time people can step up into a leadership role since everyone has shared responsibilities and final accountability.

Ping believes that by taking time to contemplate and connecting the inner life into outer deeds. By fully aligning attention with intention people will give people the ability to pause and reflect. Our actions have consequences, seen and unseen, so by inner listening Ping knows will allow a good idea become a great one.
