Rick Searfoss is a highly experience team leader, having lead a crew on several space missions as an astronaut. As a mission commander colonel, he was confronted with complex projects and situations in which his personal standards and skills had to set the standard. He received his Masters in aeronautics from the California Institute of Technology.

He begins with strong passion, encouraging the audience to take on even the most daunting challenges.
