Beginning his speech by sharing a variety of facts and statistics, he reveals that there are nearly twice as many devices today as there are humans in the world, and by 2020, there will be five times as many devices. In order to create a sustainable future characterized by patterns of environmental practices and production methods, everything must be market-driven. If shareholders and investors don't see any type of ROI, they will not agree to invest in products or ideas centered around protecting the environment. In order for environmental goals to be realized today, they must complement a traditional business model, focusing on incomes and the potential of profit.
